If I say "must fly" I may just mean it literally.

I have recently qualified as a private pilot, after just over a years part time training (in between those important customer demands!). In reality it is just a weekend activity, a great way to get away from earth bound pressures and relax amongst the clouds! For me the ultimate "get away from it all" experience.

Golf Alfa Whisky  Lima Alfa, a Cessna 150 in which I achieved my first solo flight .Alas, although my  initials are in the aircraft's registration mark it's not Alan Whitham's Little Aeroplane!
